“Superb sturdy mixer. If you enjoy baking don't bother with the 125, go for the 175 because the extra 3L bowl, splash guard and 2 types of beater have already proved invaluable and worth the extra investment. I came across a couple of reviews showing disappointment that the mixture collects at the bottom and doesn't get properly mixed in - well there's a screw where the motor joins the base to tighten or loosen, to adjust the mixing height. The splash guard works on both bowls and protects from flying flour and icing sugar better than I had thought it would (compared to my Kenwood one, with its lidded, more enclosed design). The only annoying bit is that the whisk attachment is not dishwasher proof which is an unnecessary design choice.”
“It’s a great machine and the delivery was very fast and little dissatisfaction about the free gifts mentioned. Received only the knife block but not the mini chopper as advertised. But happy baking for me. Cheers !”
