“This is a "premium" toaster, but it suffers from a major design flaw in that only the inner heating elements appear to reliably work. The outer elements ranged in the two toasters we tested from almost inoperable to deficient.
Other customers at other retailers reported that deficient elements decay to inoperable over months and so we had this product refunded. Very disappointing after seeing this toaster highly reviewed by places such as good house keeping.”
“I am very pleased with the toaster. It just took a few attempts to establish correct settings for the different types of bread, but now i have that sorted i am very pleased. It does toasted sandwiches to perfection.”
