“I used this blade but was a bit disappointed as I thought the flexi edge would scrape mix from side of bowl. Instead it just spread it like a knife buttering the sides. I continually used a spatular to scrape down the sides.”
“So, this beater does what it says and it scrapes the mixture away from the side of the bowl. I am happy with the purchase but find it irksome that this is not included as a standard beater. Poor show KitchenAid.”
