“Although quite heavy for my ageing wrists, this small pan is in constant use. It seems to be durable and scratch-resistant but I am over careful about damaging the lining. It is easy to clean. The lid handle does get hot so care is required when cooking. But they are good to look at and hopefully will last 20 years.”
