“Not as difficult to clean as some people say about this type of pan. Also be sure to use rapeseed oil as this doesn't smoke so much. Heat the pan first (10 mins or so) and then brush the oil onto the pan (carefully as it will be very hot).
I patted the steak dry and placed it onto the pan and when cooked it had sear marks and a barbecue taste. Very moist and succulent meat perhaps cooking at such a high temperature .. briefly ... seals in the moisture? Havent tried burgers and sausages yet .. but hungrily look forwards to it. This pan is very well crafted and is built to last.”
