“Lovely colour and the right size for my hob. It cooks well, but rather slowly. So, if you plan to buy one and never used such an item before, keep in mind that you will have to wait a longer time for your food to be cooked. It needs a low/medium heat so as not to damage the enamel inside. This type of casserole cooks in the oven at any temperature at low/medium heat as well. It also bakes bread nicely. The casserole will indeed last a lifetime as long one takes care of it.”
