“My wife and i had been looking for a nice dinner service set for some time but never managed to find one we were happy with. But my wife had seen the Denby halo set on this site, which matched our table and decor. Normally though, something like a dinner set we like to buy from a store so you can see exactly what you are buying. But took the chance and bought two 16 piece sets. When we opened the first box and put them on the dining table, we were really impressed. the set looked beautiful and better than we imagined. However when we opened the second box we found one of the plates was broken. My wife sent Ecookshop a email as it was too late to ring them. The next morning we had an email saying they would send a replacement asp, and the very next day it turned up. We think the service off Ecookshop was outstanding . We will certainly be shopping with them again, as we intend to add to the set in the near future. Once again fantastic service from them. Very pleased.”
