“The manual handling course covered everything I needed to know, it was convenient due to being online and my certificate was sent very quickly after completion of the short quiz. The user interface could do with some instrucion as it wasnt made very clear on how to start the training or on which button to press after the completion of each section. One of the audio tracks during the quiz played a double audio track which did cause a little confusion but luckily was very short. Overall a good course that maybe requires a few little tweaks.”

“As with many of these courses. I often feel that, as we do them several times over our working lives and are familiar with them, we should have the opportunity to have a go at the test before the course. If we pass the test, then we remain competent and therefore do not need to do the course again. Still, the course concisely highlighted safe working practises for manual handling, along with responibilities for employers and employees.”
