“Severely lacking, definitely don't bother doing this BBP without also doing their Needlestick course aswell - it's almost completely useless by itself and doesn't even cover the basics (no mention of cross-conamination for example). The Needlestick course provides a lot more of the information I expected to find on the BBP, and a lot more informaion in general - if you don't want to do both courses I recommend finding a different provider. Customer service was great though and responded to my concerns & feedback extremely quickly, which I appreciate!”

“The course itself was was really informative, clear and concise. I enjoyed learning it's contents. I will say the slide titles on the side were mismatched with another course I think. After finishing the course and coming back, I had to go through manually skipping every slide until the test at the end as opposed to skipping to the end. Otherwise, great course!”
