“The bike is large but reasonably light weight, good performance and quick to respond to the assistive peddle. Takes the strain out of my knee without removing the effort I have to apply, perfect. It was definitely a second hand bike as there were scratches quite deep and a few dents and the battery doesn’t sit perfectly in its frame, I have mentioned this in an email but not had a response to that particular point, all other queries have been answered effectively. Will try again to resolve the battery issue. Watch this space!”
