“Took ages to arrive, nearly 9 days!
Unboxed it only to see the seat post clamp was bent up double! And won't clasp the seat at all!
I've emailed them 3 times and they're ignoring me completely.

“Received is faulty 2.3 mins riding going off won't turn off rang customer service up there shocking the women I spoke too was rude why send ebikes out if faulty. Why? Got a bike back not the same bike cos the battery casing is damaged no bolts to fix the mudguard on 2wwwks later bike stand doesn't work the bike doesn't stand on the stand so waste of money not worth the money if bike supposed to be a new bike .not and damaged customer service not much coo either”
“I am still waiting for a full refund, I returned the bike weeks ago as it was not reconditioned but second hand, incomplete and damaged. I am still waiting for a refund and sensible communications from which ever part of the organisation is involved, as there seems to be a number of companies trading under one banner.
I reserve the right to update my review following a successful outcome.
Refund still not arrived, despite informed it would be in today.
This is not now funny anymore.

Just received the refund after many calls and emails, a host of lies by their staff, non understanding of English was also an issue. Only concluded as we had just started court procedings to recover the monies. Finally got the attention of the director to complete this disaster. This is just our story.”
“I received my bike and took it out for its maiden ride last weekend.
Sadly, the bike cannot be used as the battery will not stay locked in place and slips out of the battery holder everytime you hit a small bump in the road.
Have been trying to get response from customer services .....this is painfully slow and still unresolved after 4 days of chasing by phone and e-mail.
Not best pleased with quality or customer service”
