“We ordered the bin but unforutantely it was the wrong item. This was not the problem of EastCoast kitchens. The product itself was lovely - we bought it to replace a broken one we had (not originally from EastCoast but was fitted when our kitchen was installed). it's a great bin and easy to install. EastCoast have made the returns process very easy but i am always a little disgruntled when we have to cover our own return costs (hence scoring them 4/5) . But overall im happy and would buy from them again. It's a 'blum' product which always seem good quality”
