“The pull down wardrobe lift system is a brilliant product and I persaonally am delighted with them. However, my poor wife finds it too hard to pull it down. There is a tension adjustment lever but even on the weakest setting, she finds it hard. I notice that the next section in the review part, it asks for a photo; I had thought to put a photo of my wife doing a set of pullups using the device1”
