“All of the products I received are amazing (theyâ€™re all tried and tested favourites) and at a great price but the service I received really is worth a mention; I had problems putting my payment through (my bank not their site) so I rang and an extremely polite and friendly woman tried to fix the problem but had to escalate it further. Not only did she get the man I spoke to next to call me she gave me his number in case i wanted to call him - he called back within minutes and took my payment and was again extremely professional, polite and friendly. I rarely write reviews but my experience was so positive I feel compelled to thank both of the staff members who dealt with me and to let people know how great this site is as I know from experience that people overwhelmingly tend to post about negative experiences.
