“The badges arrived quickly but did not contain the plastic films needed to make the badges. As I was using this at an event it was very annoying. I have always had good service from badges before so I didn’t even think to check that everything was in the package before I went. ☹️”
We are sorry that your Mylar disks were not present with your order. We have started to staple the Mylar disks to the invoices to try to stop them going missing from the boxes but on this occasion it appears that this was not done. We understand that this must have been very frustrating for you and that the event has now passed but if you would like to email us directly we will send out the missing Mylar to you.

“Good badges. Fit the maker perfectly. Dont buy cheap ones they dont fit! Postage is too high for what it is. Paid £6 p&p should be £2.50 sent monday recieved friday. Great company and communication though. Products are amazing. Not cheap stuff. It's fantastic quality.”
