“Always arrive on time. Honestly it's a shame there only seems to be one shipping option, which is expensive! And sadly in the last batch I had there were quite a few defected badge fronts, maybe about 20, which I appreciate isn't many in 1000 badges, but it's still a loss of margin.”
Thank you very much for the 5-star review. We do try and give a range of delivery options - using both first and second class post and a courier. Available options are usually driven by the size and weight of a product as some of our items are quite heavy and large.
