“I was advised to get a size of MYLAR discs that is larger than the badge base. My badge base is 55mm and you don't sell 68mm so I had to buy 77mm. And these are too large and need to be cut down every time, which is not easy because the circle cutter slips on the mylar disc. So I am having lots of problems and extra work because you don't have the correct size for myt badge.”
I'm sorry that you were given the wrong advise. We do sell the 68mm Mylar separately for the 55mm badges. If you have a look on our website under components and extras you will find all of the different size Mylar that we sell, the size that you need to select is the size of the badge that you are trying to make, in your case 55mm.
