We really appreciate your five-star review Tracey. Regarding our postage costs, our policy is to not add shipping costs into the product prices which is often the case with other companies so we can keep our product prices as low and economical as possible. We then calculate shipping by the total weight of an order taking into account a small admin/packaging cost and have various price bands. Due to the nature of our products they do tend to be heavy compared to their size.
Hello Claire. Our postage costs are banded based on order weights. While some companies will add shipping cost to the price of the goods and then either offer low or free shipping our method is to keep the price of the goods low and charge for postage. We are sorry if you found it expensive though and we are looking to introduce a second class postage option for small packages to give more choice. We really do appreciate the feedback.
