You told me you have a 24 hour turn around but the storms came in a you lost power...I get it but tell the customer then...don't expect them to know. So I paid $20 extra to rush them and they were not complete. Truly disappointed as I live far from you guys. Now I'm late for a shipping and I have to figure out those prints for tomorrow.”
