“I ordered a 22"x100" DTF Gang Sheet, and 22"x30" UV DTF Gang Sheet. They had the exact number of prints needed to fulfill my client's order. 6 days after placing my order, I finally received shipping confirmation. The DTF sheet arrived on day 7. The flimsy tube they shipped in was damaged, and so were many of the prints. There were also a few misprints, and ink smudges in several spots. The UV DTF decals were missing. I immediately called; their phone recording says they prefer texts. I texted, sent photos, and emailed for several days. The only responses I've gotten was one text that said "Your order number?"; I replied with all relevant info and got no reply. I texted again pleading for assistance, explaining that I know stuff happens, I'm not mad, I just need to know how to resolve the issue. I got a reply that said "How can I help you?". I again explained the situation and again got no reply. The UV DTF did arrive a few days after the DTF but I still need to replace the unusable DTF prints and no one will answer me. I've never been rude or threatening in any way so I'm completely stunned by the whole situation. I own a fairly well known craft supply store and would've loved to have established a relationship with DTF Dallas, the usable prints I received are beautiful and I would've given a 5 star rating. However, customer service and reliability is essential in an industry where others are counting on you. Unfortunately, the zero effort to communicate is so astonishing that I can not recommend this company and will likely pass this information on to our influencers. This is the first bad review I've ever given a company, it doesn't feel good and could've easily been avoided.”
“I was generally happy with my first print, but towards the bottom of my EXTRA LONG scroll something in the printing process was a bit offset. Luckily customer service was great and it was reprinted and shipped to me, and from what I can tell so far there are no issues. I WILL say the first round (in comparison to the reporting) looked like it might have been on "Fast mode" because there was some striation in the colors of the first, and the color was much brighter. In the reprint, it looks VERY solid and the colors are more accurate to the BOLD red in our logo. THANK YOU. I will return again, but I would hope that it looks more like the 2nd print than the first!! THANKS!”
