“The builder is fine if you are just uploading files from your computer or just need some clip art but Out does not replace illustrator of programs like that. The scrolling and scaling are very touchy also. Iâ??ve been having real difficulty getting the stickers off of the backing without tearing the stickers or leaving elements behind. The last batch I had did not have this problem near as much. They seem thinner.”
