“The gel itself works beautifully for my sensitive, reactive skin, which is prone to perioral dermatitis and mild rosacea. My main problem areas are my cheeks and around the mouth, so I don’t need a large applicator tbh. I tried applying it both ways with the applicator and with my fingers (as usual), and while both worked, I found using my fingers more convenient because it keeps the tube clean and neat (whereas the applicator needed cleaning after each use).

“I have been using the new roller applicator for four weeks now. I look forward to my morning routine. I use the Flawless Cleanser followed by the Neutralising Gel. The roller applicator allows for easy application to my entire face. The applicator is also easy to clean. Since using the Neutralising Gel, less spots appear, my skin is calm and appears brighter. I suffer from hormonal acne, and while, for me, the gel does not prevent new spots, it certainly reduces their size. Spots feel and look less aggressive the following day. I have also noticed that my scarring is fading. This is a product I wouldn’t be without.”
“I LOVED this product before the roller applicator but now...I don't know how I lived without it! It is incredible for covering larger areas, without having to waste product using your hands. It dispenses slowly so you can really target-treat areas. The roller applicator acted almost like a guasha and i used it to soothe away stress from my face whilst applying which helped reduce puffiness and made it feel more like a treatment rather than a skincare chore! It is amazing!”
“Application was great! Great for larger areas like the chin and cheeks where you get hormonal acne. Definitely better than using the normal one where I was just putting in on individual spots instead of an area. I don’t think it worked too well on scarring but that is just my skin.”
