I am on my third container of Dr Sam’s Flawless Brightly Serum and I am loving it.
I think I have found my perfect serum/moisturizer to use under my makeup. It has all the necessary active ingredients for a good daily skincare product, and it does not turn oily by the middle of the day and ruin my makeup.
The shape and size of the container fit nicely in the palm of the hand, which makes it easy to pump out the exact amount of cream needed.”

In the run up to my wedding, I ruined my skin barrier with too many actives and had to strip everything right back. At the same time, I was getting the worst breakouts I’ve had in years (likely due to ruining my skin barrier!) and had to stop using actives completely. I slowly reintroduced Dr Sam’s neutralising gel which helped contain breakouts for the big day, but I still felt quite congested and uneven with some bad post-spot hyperpigmentation. Thanks to a brilliant makeup artist, you can’t notice in the wedding photos!
I started using Brightly Serum the evening after my wedding, as a way to introduce a gentle active (I’m not ready to look at retinol again yet!) and help clear some left over marks from the months of breakouts. My skin happened to be freaking out post-wedding from the stress, alcohol, lack of sleep and partying so it was the perfect time to put this serum to the test. I’ve been using it for 4 days and the difference is actually unbelievable. Redness and post-spot marks are virtually gone, my texture is 10000 times better than it ever was, congestion is gone and lingering pimple ‘hot spots’ are completely calmed and barely noticeable. Even my husband, who has watched me cry about my skin more times than I can count in the past months and has always maintained that my skin looks great to cheer me up, has commented on what a difference this serum has made!
My only regret is that I didn’t start using it sooner!!”
