It is now a permanent part of my skin routine due to the quality ingredients & it's effectiveness. You do need to use it consistently to reap the benefits. (Only negative is for me there is a little piling effect so the trick is to leave 4-5 mins between layers of skin care etc). Great product!”
“I love dr. Sam's products and was keen to try her 10% azelaic acid serum, in order to tackle my mild rosacea. I began using it when my skin was going through some disruption and irritation and this wasn't a great idea. At first I found it a little strong, despite the excellent ingredients and formulation, so I decided to take a pause. Now that my skin is back to normal I've started using the azelaic acid serum again and with very different results.
The texture is soft and fluffy but with heft, on application on cheeks and a little on the forehead it needs to be patted to full absorption, which doesn't take long. A little serum goes a long way. No irritation detected, but I like to pair it with a good moisturiser (dr. Sam's Flawless Moisturiser Intense or Light are great options, but any good moisturiser with no actives will do). I personally prefer spot application, but this will depend on your skin and goals. Dr. Sam has my full trust, but I have given 4 stars only because I haven't used it long enough to see full results. Daily and consistent application is recommended by dr. Sam herself in her dedicated videos on this product.”
