“This is the only Dr. Sam's product I didn't like. I gave it 3 stars because I love the idea that it has bakuchiol in it. But the product was crystallized; I was told by customer service that this can happen with temperature changes. A warm water bath helped a little but it was still grainy. I've been using OTC and prescription azelaic acid products for a long time and I've never experienced this. It was terrible to apply, didn't layer well with other skincare, and I didn't see any additional benefit from the bakuchiol. Fail for me.”
