“Brightly serum is a great addition to the Dr Sam range. I love the fact that I can get all my actives in one serum but it is also a really lovely, hydrating serum. My skin has been sensitised through illness recently but I’ve been able to add in this serum without any issues because it’s fragrance free and doesn’t irritate my skin.
