“It took me about a month to see a difference using this but I was also being very cautious and only using it every other morning for 3 weeks. Now I'm onto using it every day and it has been so effective on healing spots when they've arisen and on reducing the appearance of pores. I'm not sure about the brightening effect yet, but I suffer with a lot of redness so it could just be taking its time to deal with that.”
“First of, I want to give a shout out to the customer service team. My package got lost, never arrived but I got send this serum again, the team behind dr Sam was very friendly and responded super quickly.
I started in January (time of writing this review is March), and my skin has never looked better. Very smooth forehead, skin overall looks calm. I have combination skin, and I always struggle with closed comedones on my jawline, and right before my period I get a couple spots on my chin area.

In the beginning I tried to use it with a hyaluronic acid serum under it. That didn't work, it started pilling. It works best if you just use this after cleansing, with an spf on top. I would recommend to not layer this with other serums. (You also don't need anything else i think).”

“When I took the "find your routine"-test it suggested the brightly serum and I was NOT convinced. I have rosacea and acne (both!) prone skin that hardly tolerates anything, let alone a combination of four actives, one of them a vitamin C. I still bought it, along with the nightly serum, the moisturizer and the sunscreen. And I love it. I don't really use the nightly because I have another, stronger retinoid from my derm, so it did not seem to do a lot, but the brightly seems to really calm and clear up my skin. I will re-order it even though it is not cheap, for the best reason ever: because it works.”
