“Bought both serums and neither one work. I gently try and smooth it over my skin and it pills on itself. Even if I barely rub it in and then wait a while, just moving my face and talking causes it to break up and pill. The whole idea of buying this was to eliminate pilling from using multiple actives in one routine. I reached out on Instagram and the team spoke with me multiple times to try and help make this work. After all of their suggestions they stopped replying to me. Really annoyed that I wasn’t offered a replacement as I genuinely think I have a dud batch given all of the positive reviews. It’s a shame that its completely useless and pricey too. On paper this was going to be an amazing ‘one and done’ but sadly not.”

Last time I had a problem with the delivery. The packacking was absolute sloppy. The products lay - partly without cap - loose in a complete oversized carton. This was sealed laxly. This happened for the first time, former deliveries were absolute professional. I am sure, Dr. Sams team will solve the problem, if it was a structural one.”
