“A little disappointed that this product arrived damaged - the airless pump packaging did not close, exposing the product to air (and meaning the pump wouldn’t work). I guess this was just a manufacturing error that wasn’t caught before it was sent out. However, the Dr Sam customer services team quickly responded to let me know that it will not cause the product to go bad any faster if it’s exposed to air. I’ve had this product before and really love it so even though it’ll feel a lot less fancy scooping it out of an old moisturiser pot, I know I’ll still get great results from it!”
