This proudct is something else! I am new to skincare and I had binged watched so many videos on YouTube about skincare from loads of different people. But a lot of them were American or very expensive product's. I have very sensitive skin but with bad hormal acne and combination skin. It was really effecting my mental health and so I was overwhelmed with all the information out there about actives and BHAs etc and I just didn't know how to use them all, mixing them etc. Then I found Dr Sam on YouTube and knew she was from the UK and I was very excited I heared so many amazing comments and thought I would try it out. WOW!! this product is a life saver it gets rid of my blemishes fast and clams down the soreness of them, my skin tone had improved with using this and the neutralising gel. My skin looks better and I feel much more confident in myself. The pressure is taken away with worrying about mixing product's and you can relax knowing all the hard work that could damage your skin if down wrong is all done for you. THANK YOU DR SAM FOR THESE INCREDIBLE PRODUCTS! I know use this everyday and then the gel at night as I'm trying for a baby, Perfect combination! The serum is silk light it just melts into the skin and doesn't make my oily parts feel more oily. I feel empowered when I use it and it had lasted me a long time. I love how instructions tell you how to build it up. It can sometimes peel in-between my fingers when I put my moisturiser on after it but that might be my moisturiser. But the overall feeling on the skin is incredible. Your skin will thank you trust me!”

“I was really looking forward to try this product since it contained all my fav ingredients: azelaic, niacinamide and vitamin C. Hoped that it will be my holy grail but was a total disappointment. The pump got stuck several times and had issues with pilling. I dissembled the package after many failures to get the product out and was surprised to see that there was a hardened built up around the pump. It had a cheese texture, different than the rest of the product and also some lumps here and there. I assume the formulation is not a fortunate one and this is the main reason it causes pilling which I've seen in many reviews. I didn't see any improvement on my skin texture and I am using it for the past 3 months. Also not a fan of flawless light moisturizer. I had tried many products in the past and this serum is one of the worst. Azelaic acid usually works great on my skin, one of the best ingredients for rosacea. This product needs a new formulation asap!”
