“So I think the actual serum is great, no sticky and no residue left of face so great if you want to use either morning or night. BUT the packaging is just useless. Loses pump all the time, my first order didn’t work at all I would have had to break the packaging to get to the serum. Now i’m half way through and the bottle has given up completely - its such a shame this is letting the whole product down as like I said love the serum. Please please change the packaging!!”
