“Really love the gossamer tint 01 and have now purchased 3. Really moisturising, good colour for my skin tone, goes on the skin beautifully.
The only thing I don’t like is the pump which makes it really difficult to get the product out in the right amount.”
“I have finally found an spf that doesn’t pill & doesn’t leave a white cast. The consistency is quite thick so I thought it would be hard to glide on my skin as per the instructions but I was wrong. It glides in so easily & looks great on your skin. My search for an spf is over. Thanks Dr Sam”
“I was so hopeful when I heard that Dr Sam was bringing out a tinted SPF - usually products of this type are far too orange and warm on my pale skin. Tint 01 has a lovely pale hue and provides a nice sheer colour. But that’s where the positives end for me sadly, my combination skin (very dry cheeks/nose and oily chin/forehead) couldn’t handle this and unlike the gorgeous product photos I was a shiny mess. I found even when waiting over 10 minutes between 3 pump layers left me feeling like I had far too much on my face, even without moisturising, and it didn’t sink in. I had to scrape product off for it to settle in and not look shiny and wet, which is obviously not ideal when measuring a specific dose. I purchased with a voucher from saving points and even so this was an expensive buy. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the size, as I’d heard people complaining online about how small the tube was and how quickly it would run out. But even so, I don’t think I will reach for this much even just to get basic protection at home as it is too heavy and greasy. Huge disappointment, the search for the right SPF for me continues!”
“Love using as base before my foundation or alone. Hydrates, feels lovely on the skin and most importantly does not break me out. I suffer from hormonal breakouts and redness and this SPF really gives me more confidence.”
“While I absolutely love Dr. Sam's products, I am not pleased with this one. I use the face wash, moisturizer, and both serums; however, the gossamer tint caused my skin to breakout in pimples. I have sensitive skin, rosacea, acne, and dryness. I have found her line to be unbelievably effective with the exception of this product. I will continue to use everything else, but I won't order this again.”
“I absolutely love this sunscreen and I look forward to using it every day. It soaks in my skin so well and the formula is lovely. It leaves me skin feeling great and the slight tint gives me a lovely glow so I feel so need to wear foundation. The only downfall is I’m finding it hard to get the product out of the bottle now but it’s definitely worth it, seriously it is such an amazing sunscreen. I also got this product for my mum and 2 sisters with different skin types to me and they also love the product. I brought the product 5 weeks ago and I still have more product left.”
