Flawless Gossamer Untinted SPF 50 Reviews

4.3 Rating 399 Reviews
This is a lovely spf it feels like your putting moisturiser on your skin. I started using the daily sunscreen which was also nice but it started making my eyes sore after a while so I switched to gossamer and it’s even better! It makes your skin glow after applying it and it’s great under make up. Would definitely recommend!

I am desperate for the sunscreens to work as I absolutely love the cleanser, moisturiser and brightly. I have now tried both sunscreen products and can’t decide between the two. With both products I only use half the recommended pumps as I find my face feels caked. The gossamer has a tendency to make me sweat a bit which I find a little odd. I still get a few breakouts with both sunscreens so I am trying to persevere and use a couple of times a wk rather than every day. The gossamer is very rich, thick and creamy as the sunscreen is more liquid and lighter. Worth trying both to see which you prefer. Personal preference to the consistency of the product.

I so wanted to love this one. It really is invisible and doesn’t sting my eyes, but it will dry my skin out no matter what I apply underneath.

Flawless Gossamer SPF 50 is lovely under makeup. It leaves the skin feeling dewy not greasy like so many other products I have used, and the best thing is you know that you have the best protection from the sun. I do find the pump a little temperamental. Hence the four stars.

A very good mineral sunscreen. Takes a bit longer to apply than the daily sunscreen due to splitting the application into 2 layers, but it absorbs really well and sits nicely under makeup. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is due to the pump being so temperamental - after the first couple of uses it can be really hard to get it to pump the product out even when there's loads left inside the tube. So, great product but not great packaging.

My skin is very sensitive and I have rosacea and I always struggle to find a SPF that suits me. Mineral ones suit me better but still, either the texture or the final result are not pleasant. I find Gossamer un tinted very pleasant to apply (provided I split the 6 pumps in 2 layers), I like that I know the amount I have to apply to get the full protection, it does leave a bit of a white cast for a few minutes for it vanishes once it’s absorbed. It’s moisturizing without being heavy. Overall, this is a great SPF for sensitive skin, not as elegant as an Asian chemical sunscreen but probably one of he best mineral SPF I’ve tried so far. I recommend it.

I love using the tinted version of Gossamer - it’s exactly what I want in a tinted sunscreen: applies beautifully, leaves a glowy but not sticky finish, delivers great spf. But I really struggle with the pump: every time I use it, the first pump is one good measure, then it spurts and squirts out little bits of product at each subsequent pump, making it impossible to measure out 6 pumps (or 3 + 3) properly, so I worry that I’ve not got enough for the full spf. Would be 5 stars otherwise!

This is a lovely formulation but unfortunately my skin feels tight at the end of the day so is perhaps a bit drying for my skin, and it also stung my eyes a bit.
