“I like the recommendation on how to get the right amount. This feels thicker than flawless daily sunscreen and it doesn't melt well on the skin. Leaves a white cast which doesn't work for me. I really wanted to like this but unfortunately I don't.”
“Only had this a couple of weeks so can’t comment on pump quality but….
This is a fab base. It does NOT leave a white cast if you can be bothered to work it in properly. I’m
I’m quite pale right now but I’ll be going up a shade if I get some colour. I don’t use more than 3 pumps. If you hang on a few minutes you’re then ready to add some make up. I use Trinny BFF and they blend beautifully. On its own, gorgeous too and I’m in my mid 50s. Just makes you look fresher whilst protecting you. My partner who is normally totally useless with this stuff when asked for an opinion, actually commented on my glow!”
“I normally use the tinted version of this but wanted something un-tinted for a more natural look. Unfortunately this has a noticeable white cast which doesn’t seem to fade with wear. I am ver pale so normally not one to notice white casts much. This also left a white residue in my hair line and eyebrows. It does wear well under foundation so you could counter act the white cast but this product is not for a barefaced look. I’ll be going back to the tinted version which lets me skip foundation.
Like the tinted version this doesn’t dry out my skin or cause any reaction. I also tolerate it well around my eyes which is a challenge with many sunscreens.
An annoyance with both the tinted and this version is the packing - the pump mechanism stops working half way through the product and then you have to cut open the tube and guess the required amount of product for adequate protection.”
“I react badly to chemical sunscreens so this is perfect. Doesn't leave much of a white cast and not shiny. I must say that I can't use the recommended 6 pumps on my face as it would just be too thick a layer. I knocked off a star for the useless pump packaging.”
