“I wondered whether I needed an eye cream on top of using sun screen. If you are hesitating for the same reason, I would recommend buying this product. When I use it consistently, I can notice a marked improvement to the lines/texture of my under-eye area.”

My only real gripe it the price- don't understand why it's so expensive for such a small amount especially as all other products seem much better value”

“Was previously using the Verso 8 retinol eye serum and wanted to switch to a cheaper, more effective option. Had I known there was so little retinol I.e. the active ingredient that thickens the under eye area to hide the look of capillaries and pigmentation, in the product I would’ve not purchased. This is mostly a moisturising vitamin c eye cream with barely any retinol derivative and as such is performing worse than my previous eye serum for my eye area. I usually wake up bright eyed, but with this product I woke up looking like I hadn’t slept a wink with deep grey puffy rings under my eyes. As a mixed race woman I have more natural pigmentation under my eyes than what I assume are the majority of Dr Sam’s clientele, and need a clinically significant level of retinol. I feel by stating this is a vitamin c and retinol product it misleads the customer into thinking they’re equivalent (and strong) in the formulation. It may be more useful to those who haven’t tried moderate strength retinol or retinol derivative products before.”
