“I use a lot of Dr. Sam's products and they're all amazing - except this one. I don't know- maybe I got a bad batch, but this is the oddest lip balm I've ever used. It comes out of the tube the consistency of spackling paste, but a bit thicker. It's not doing anything bad to my lips, but it's had no visible impact either. If it worked well, I'd put up with the bad application experience, but it doesn't.
This makes me sad. I love everything else from Dr. Sam and I really wanted to love this too.”
