“I disrupted my skin barrier with salicylic acid. I used it overnight on my face and woke in the morning with my skin raw, red and irritated (chemical burn). I came across this about 6 weeks after it happened and within 3 days it made my skin less red and more comfortable. Its thick and comforting and I found I didn’t need to use lot or reapply throughout the day as my skin was drying out every few hours.
