“Feels lovely but is Pilling over my night time retinoid formula and Azaelic Acid which are both creams. Also pilled over my am routine of just an HA serum. Its fine with no actives or serums under. I have a very simple routine without loads of layers so bit disappointed with that. I do leave a good 30 to 60 minutes to let my actives sink in too. When I use it on its own its very soothing and hydrating however. My way around the Pilling has been to use the moisturiser if I wake during the early hours. Not ideal of course as was not why I bought it.”

Although individual experiences and reactions to ingredients can differ, the formulation of Dr Sam's products has been reviewed to meet the requirements of being non-comedogenic and suitable for sensitive skin. The formulation avoids using ingredients in amounts that are regarded as potentially comedogenic or irritating to the skin.
Plus, all of our products are certified non-comedogenic, they won't clog your pores. We frequently use skincare that contains shea butter, mineral oil, and silicones in our problem skin patients in the clinic without issue. But if you've had a bad experience in the past with these ingredients, it's always best to respect that.

“I love this moisturiser!! I use it daily and it keeps any redness at bay but it’s amazing for flights, when my skin can feel tight and dry. I used to put a layer of Elizabeth Arden (EA) Eight Hour cream below my moisturiser but now no need, I use Flawless Moisturiser Intense! It not only does the job of keeping my skin moisturised on a flight or long car journey it feels lovely and creamy and not oily like EA.”
“This saved my skin. I had Covid a few weeks ago and after I was left with dry, flaking, red skin. No matter what I tried, it got no better - serums, moisturisers, masks. My skin barrier was absolutely ruined and even within 30 mins of moisturising, the skin tightness and flaking was back. The Flawless Intense Moisturiser came in the post on Friday. I used it on Friday afternoon and evening, and on Saturday morning (today). And today I have had no flaking, no tightness, no redness and the dryness has eased significantly. It sinks in quickly, leaves the skin moisturiser without feeling oily and there’s no sense of having a “heavy” cream on the skin.
It’s miraculous.
