It really soothes my skin, and I use presecription tretinoin so I now use this morning and night and it keeps my skin happy and calm. I'm prone to redness and have KP on my cheeks so this is very soothing. However, when I had a barrier flare up, I still needed to use some heavy duty cream for a day (which I always do when this happens). Love this cream though.”
