“Still trying out this one, I've used for the past couple of weeks every night and so far have not experienced any irritation or clogged pores or breakouts. I need more time of use to fully assess. What I don't understand is why this has a screw cap and not a flip top cap, which would be expected considering this is not a cheap drugstore product.”
“As someone who does not like thick moisturisers, this one is the only one i will use! Every other thick moister breaks me out and / or stings! Also really good under makeup, I just mix it with a toner to thin it out during the day. Then I wear it as is, at night! :)”

Wrote a one star review on the website but my review is not visible. Very interesting, so let's try this again.
I live in Canada so shipping is est 7-14 days. The second time I placed my order, my package was sitting still and had no updated information for like 10 business days. I then contacted customer services and they said "oh it's updated now". Okay great, I continued to wait for my package. Then 3 days later (which had already passed 14 days) it said that my package was delivered. It never was. I reached out to the company and they said you should check your door or contact your local postal office. I asked which local office location, they had no answer. So I had to to go on a hunt to figure out which local postal office near me had my package. Horrible experience !!!
Fast forward 2 months later, I decided to give it another try since I do like the product. I placed my order, and got shipping confirmation a day later. But that was the last time I ever had any updated info on the whereabout of my package. It is been more than a month since i placed my order and I still have no idea where my package is. I've contacted customer service and they said they will look into it. It is now been 2 days and I still havent heard back from them.”

“Great product. However, I am extremely disappointed with the shipping process and very hesitant to order again. I live in Canada and shipping is est 7-14 days. The second time I ordered, there was no update on my shipment for days on days. I reached out to the shipping company and Dr.Sam's customer service closer to the 14th day to see what's going on. They then told me my shipment has been updated. I checked and sure it was updated. 2 days later I received a notification that my package was delivered. It never was. I had to contact the shipping company and they told me the most ridiculous thing "check with your local post office" so they know my package was not delivered as they said and the worse thing is they did not even know at which location was my package held at. I managed figure out where to retrieve my package at last.
It was a horrible experience but I brushed it off to it being a one time thing since I did order from Dr. Sam before and the shipping was great. Fast forward to this Black Friday, I placed an order hoping that I wouldn't have a bad experience again. I received my tracking a day after I placed my order and continued to received update on my package over the next 2 days. Unfortunately that was the last I received any update on my package. It is now passed 14 days and I have not had any information on the whereabout of my package. As though the product is good, I would consider purchasing again due to this consistent issue because who has the time to keep contact and hunting customer service rep for the whereabout of your package in this DNA.”

“Honestly there’s too many good things to say about this moisturizer. I was hesitant to try something new on my skin but it was the best decision I made. It has started fading scars and actually helps my skin stay moisturized and not breakout. And it’s only been 5 days. If you’re thinking about buying it just do it.”
