“I had slightly dry and chapped lips and this sorted them out, so they're super soft once more. It coats the lips so they feel silky. My only criticism is the shade has brown undertones so doesn't suit me, which I recognise being a universal shade it's not likely to suit all but from the photos and description, I expected it to be a little more on the natural rosey side. Disappointing for that reason but would order the clear next time for the winter months.”
“Very bad! Gave me a rush on the next day of using it. Tried contacting customer service and there was no response what so ever. Do not buy this product. Also the moisturiser I’ve purchased from them was very mediocre for over £50 product it’s a total rip off! Avoid this company!”

“This is lovely but true colour is slightly too much for me unless I have other makeup on. My lips have very little pigment so red is quite noticeable. If a honey toned shade came out I think it would be spot on.”
