“This is a great product. Seems to clean skin well enough without stinging eyes but always need to clean skin twice (am and pm). Still need to use a gentle toner afterwards too. The one step cleanse just doesn’t work with this product. Also, most importantly, the bottle and pump are a design fault surely? End up with at least 1/3 left at the bottom with little easy way to access it other than taking the lid off and bashing the gel out. The refill pouch is the way to go”

“I found it easy to use, and not very drying although still felt my skin was a bit tight after use. It's not a bad cleanser, I like it's not foamy and cleans well (does not remove makeup or mineral SPF though). I just prefer other cleansers.”
