“I like the texture of this cleanser and the fact that it is fragrance free. I have rosacea and the cleanser doesn't damage or irritate to my skin but, at the same time, it hasn't really reduced the redness so far. My skin does feel clean after using this product.
It would be great to have other products in travel / sample size.”

However, the fact that you can’t refill the bottle is absolutely criminal. You either have to buy a replacement version or buy another bottle to decant in to in order to use on the move. Terrible for the environment and contributes to my overall feeling that the brand is a bit money grabbing. It’s silly really - if you could reuse the bottle, you can pump in product from the bigger bottle and you’d still be using the same amount of product, so you’d need to replace it just as quickly. Though I suppose the bigger bottle is 200ml for £16, meaning this version is twice as expensive. So more money grabbing. The inability to refill the bottle means you waste plastic buying a replacement, and pay extra for delivery and double for the product when you need to order more.
I also had a bottle of this missing from an order I made a few months ago, filled in a google form about a missing item and never heard back.
I think these products are excellent and customer service has been nice and friendly whenever I’ve spoken to them. However, I have a few niggles with the brand overall and find that very off-putting. Some of the products aren’t good value for money, and the packaging and steep priority delivery costs just feel a bit money-grabbing.
I don’t want to feel backed in to a corner because the products are good, I want to be able to engage with a brand and be loyal to them because I trust them, their products, the service, value for money and the environmental impact.
I wouldn’t recommend this - just buy a reusable squeezy bottle from boots and decant the product in to there.”
