“I love this range, but the postage time is just far too long for this brand for what we pay in the UK. I order skincare from all the major players. Space NK, Cult Beauty, boots, Sephora etc and this takes 5 days to get to you the other 1-2 days max! Please sort this out. Also put your full size cleanser in this tube too. So so much is wasted in the pump bottle plus the pump is difficult to recycle. Your customers have been saying this for years. Please listen!”
