“I really enjoy this moisturizer. It doesn't sting my eyes and I use it in lieu of eye cream. It sits beautifully under makeup. If I don’t use any (and I don’t have to, as Dr. Sam’s products have evened out my skin fairly dramatically) it gets dewy on my t-zone about 5 hours in. Nothing a blotting paper cannot solve. It is lovely do use, too, and feels really luxe. I wish it came in a bigger bottle, though.”
“I have acne and use tretionoin in the evening and azeliac acid in the morning. I really wanted to love it this moisturiser as it has niacinamide, but I find it quite heavy so only use a few evenings a week. When I do I do notice my skin looks a bit brighter and even in tone in the morning. But if I use too much my skin can become congested. It is a no go in the morning as it pils over my azeliac acid even if I leave a 15 minute gap in-between. I may try the light version.”
“Dr Sam’s basics have changed my life and especially her moisturiser. It simply is perfect for the season when skin tends to get drier. It leaves my skin very soft, glowing and dewy. I do not feel any irritation and when waking up in the morning, my skin looks amazing and my hyperpigmentation less visible. As a total addict of the doctor’s products I wear it with her SPF and I don’t need highlighter anymore as it just gives me a natural healthy glow.
In other words, I am in love love love love with the moisturiser as it is the only one that is rich enough to give me good hydrated skin but does not break me out either. Thank you Dr Sam! I simply cannot wait for your next product (hopefully a morning serum...).”
