“I'm in my early forties with hormonal health issues. I've always struggled with mild rosacea (my mother had a severe case, so I was never formally diagnosed).
In my teens, I always wore SPF and moisturizer as it helped my mum's skin, so I have very few lines or wrinkles thankfully.
However I was a skincare junkie and always jumped on the 'in thing' bandwagon. I used a lot of fragranced products with AHAs in the 90s, not realising that I was sensitising my skin massively.

“I don't know how many products and how much £££ I've spent over the years trying to find the perfect products to help my spotty, dry, sensitive and ageing skin to sort itself out.
