“I was not a fan of this product which was very disappointing for me. My skin did not feel moisturized at all, it felt itchy and dry. I got my referral for this product on the Caroline Hirons Skin Rocks app and it was supposed to go perfectly with my skin but it did not work out. I did contact customer service and let them know because I wanted to return it and it was a bit of an ordeal. I am not sure I will try Dr. Sam Bunting again.”
“I have normal-dry, acne prone skin, and some old scarrings. Tried all brands of skincare which either weren’t moisturising enough, or brought me out in spots. Even ones that didn’t, didn’t help treat the old scarring. I switched to using this Incredible moisturiser first and haven’t looked back. I’ve been using for a year now. You only need a tiny amount, so the product lasts a long time. I rarely ever get a spot now, and if i start to, it’s gone within a day of just continuing my routine. I use this and added the brightly serum a couple of months back. Then added the vitamin C most recently. Now, the pigment/old scarring I’ve had for years on my cheek has gone too! Continually impressed with this line of skincare.”

“This irritated my skin and caused breakouts. I tried it on the recommendation from a Youtuber and was so excited, unfortunately my skin is now covered in a rash and breakouts requiring steroid cream. I'm in the US so I'm not sure how to return a product to the UK without a return label and at this price point, I wish they offered this as an option. I thought I was ordering from a distributor in New York, but it came from UK so think twice before ordering. It works for some, but if it causes issues you're out of a lot of money.”
