I decided to try the whole Dr Sam system as it covered all of the ingredients that I wanted to apply. Once I made this change my skin calmed and the spots gradually disappeared. Only downside is the packaging...I'm not sure I will get it all out because the cap doesn't come off and if it's just a pump mechanism then there will still be lots of product stuck to the bottle that I can't use! Still given 5 stars because the cream is gorgeous but please change the pump! X”
