Lago Vinho Verde provides us with aromas of white flowers on the nose. On the palate it is very cripst and refreshing, it offers white fruit notes such as pear, peach and apricot alongside tropical fruits.Calcada uses certified sustainable practices in the vineyards by SATIVA. The Amarante region where they have their vineyards is located at 450m above sea level with mountainous viticulture and high density planting. The soils are composed essentially of granite with some mixtures of schist bringing a special minerality to the wines.Food Pairing:It is a great wine to enjoy as an aperitif but also versatile and goes well with light dishes like Thai stir fry, chicken Caesar salad etc.
