This hand selected cask from North Star was distilled at Tullibardine Distillery in September 2013 and aged in oloroso barrique and bourbon barrel. On the nose it is vanilla Danish pastrys, peachy and soft oak. The palate is reminiscent of gingersnap cookies, dried spices and tinned fruit salad.
